Wow, why is it when other people and objects get older it highlights you are getting older too?

Before we created this info-graphic, I would never have guessed the mobile phone was 40 years old! Thirty-something for sure, but not 40. Anyway, time treats everyone and everything the same – so Happy Birthday to the Mobile Phone!   On 3 April 1973 Martin Cooper, an engineer employed at Motorola, made the first mobile telephone call from handheld subscriber equipment in front of reporters, placing a call to Dr. Joel Engel of Bell Labs.  We found some amazing and funny statistics in researching this.  Other great things in 1973 include the opening of the Sydney Opera house, and Secretariat caps winning horse racing’s Triple Crown with a world record win in the Belmont Stakes.  Please enjoy and feel free to share this if you like.
